We represent the interests of clients in the pre-trial resolution of disputes, alternative dispute resolution (mediation, arbitration) and negotiations.

We represent our clients before national, European and international courts (the Court of Justice of the European Union, European Court of Human Rights). We also represent clients in the Bank of Lithuania, Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania. We prepare:

- agreements regarding arbitration clauses;

- individual constitutional complaints.

We act as mediators in relationships between natural, legal persons, and state institutions.

We represent our clients in the matters of recognition and enforcement of foreign judgements and arbitration awards.
