In the field of International Law, we advise and represent clients in the negotiations regarding conclusion, performance and termination of commercial, civil and other contracts of international character, provide legal reasoning regarding conclusion, performance and termination of various contracts of international character, prepare various contracts containing foreign element.

We prepare bilingual or multilingual legal agreements, advise and represent clients in settlement of international disputes (of civil and administrative character), advise clients on the matters related to international divorce, division of marital property, jurisdiction of cases, advise clients on the matters related to cases brought in foreign states in their respect; we assist in finding qualified and experienced legal representatives in foreign states, if necessary.

We advise and in full scope represent the interests of clients in the matters of violation of human rights and rights of legal entities in the international courts – European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of European Union, and the Arbitration Tribunal.

We provide legal conclusions concerning the necessity to refer to the international courts, validity, legal possibilities and perspectives thereof.

We prepare petitions to the European Court of Human Rights concerning violations of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, for awarding of pecuniary and non-pecuniary damages to injured parties or enterprises.

We prepare and file applications to the Court of Appeal of Lithuania regarding recognition and (or) permission to enforce foreign court judgments (arbitral awards).
